    As a Growth Architect at Mahetri, you will play a crucial role in scaling the presence of the company across various international markets by taking ownership of paid acquisition channels and managing substantial budgets. Your primary mission is to elevate our premium brand into a household name abroad through profitable and data-backed scaling strategies.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Architect the Meta Ecosystem:** Design and manage high-level campaign structures on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, utilizing sophisticated bid strategies to optimize performance for premium price points.- **Creative Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the design team to create high-converting UGC, lifestyle statics, and video ads, shaping the creative roadmap based on performance insights.- **Aggressive Scaling & Diversification:** Lead the expansion into Google, Pinterest, and TikTok while maintaining visibility across multiple platforms for our audience.- **Precision Data Analysis:** Utilize tools like GA4 and Triple Whale to analyze attribution and contribution margins, making informed decisions for high-stakes scaling.- **Efficiency Optimization:** Focus on maximizing scale while ensuring a healthy Marketing Efficiency Ratio and sustainable Customer Acquisition Cost.**Qualifications Required:**- **DTC Specialist:** Minimum 4 years of direct-response media buying experience in E-commerce/Fashion/Lifestyle, with a track record of scaling monthly spends significantly.- **Testing Obsession:** Proven ability to conduct rapid A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to optimize performance for different markets.- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable with technical aspects like CAPI, server-side tracking, and catalog management.- **Self-Starter:** Autonomously operate by analyzing accounts, optimizing performance, and providing detailed reports proactively.At Mahetri, you will have the opportunity to work with a premium brand that offers a high Average Order Value and strong Lifetime Value.
