As an E-commerce Business Manager at Jovakis, your primary role will be to drive deep insights about category business and programs, and continuously improve them through analysis. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to understand business requirements, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions to meet those requirements or resolve problems. You will also be responsible for building automation solutions to streamline manual tasks within the team.Key Responsibilities:- Drive deep insights about category business/programs and continuously improve them through analysis- Understand business requirements and quickly identify root causes of issues to draft effective solutions- Build automation solutions to reduce manual redundant tasks within the teamQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree required, preferably in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Python- 2-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a similar role- Strong problem-solving skills, deadline-driven, team player with a strong customer focus- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactionsAdditionally, preferred qualifications include experience or understanding of e-commerce, retail, or supply chain analytics, as well as designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools.
