Job Description

    As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Your main focus will be on ensuring accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment to meet customer demands. You will be supervising warehouse staff, providing necessary training and development to ensure a high-performing team. Implementing and maintaining safety standards and procedures will be crucial in creating a safe working environment for all employees.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and development as needed- Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse efficiency- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulationsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management- Strong leadership and team management skills- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesIn addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis, with a day shift schedule at the companys physical location.
