Job Description

    As a Client Services Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams will be essential in delivering exceptional results.In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. By understanding client requirements, business objectives, and industry trends, you will provide strategic recommendations and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services by coordinating with various internal teams such as creative, marketing, operations, and finance.Your responsibilities will also include managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues promptly, preparing client reports and presentations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, monitor project timelines and budgets, and strive to ensure overall client satisfaction.To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer relationship roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are required.
