As a founding data scientist at GreedyGame, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data science charter for a fast-moving adtech and app growth business. Your responsibilities will include identifying high-value opportunities across monetization, user acquisition, experimentation, pricing, segmentation, and optimization. You will be expected to create models, decision systems, and analytical frameworks that improve business outcomes. Collaboration with product, business, engineering, and leadership teams will be essential to translate ambiguous problems into clear execution paths. Additionally, you will bring rigor to experimentation, measurement, and prioritization, establishing best practices for the organizations data science usage. Your goal will be to help the company transition from reactive analysis to proactive decision-making and eventually build a strong team under the data science domain.Key Responsibilities:- Build the data science charter from scratch for GreedyGames adtech and app growth business- Identify high-value opportunities across different areas such as monetization, user acquisition, experimentation, pricing, segmentation, and optimization- Create models, decision systems, and analytical frameworks to drive improved business outcomes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear execution paths- Bring rigor to experimentation, measurement, and prioritization- Establish best practices for data science usage across the organization- Assist in transitioning from reactive analysis to proactive decision-making- Hire and build a strong team under the data science domainQualifications Required:- Strong experience in Data Science, Applied Analytics, Decision Science, or a similar domain- Proven examples of solving business-critical problems with measurable impact- Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, modeling, and product/business thinking- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders- High ownership, high clarity, and strong communication skills- Bonus if you have worked in adtech, gaming, marketplaces, growth, monetization, or user acquisition domainsIn addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be deeply involved in building a high-impact data science charter that directly impacts critical outcomes such as installs, DAU quality, LTV, ROI, revenue uplift, and monetization performance for GreedyGame.
