Job Description

    As a performance-driven growth professional at Organo Mart, you will be tasked with owning and scaling the user acquisition engine across app channels. Your primary focus will be on driving key business metrics such as Revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and Contribution Margins. This role goes beyond traditional media buying as it requires a profound understanding of the Bharat user persona, a keen creative intuition for devotional content, and the analytical rigor to scale high-intent transactions. Your work will revolve around the synergy of data and storytelling, collaborating closely with Category, Product, and Creative teams to cater to digital devotional journeys of millions of users.Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and scale web and app marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.- Take ownership of end-to-end campaign performance budgets, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.- Drive enhancements in CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth by implementing data-driven strategies.- Conduct in-depth performance analysis beyond traditional metrics like CTR/CPC to identify growth opportunities.- Execute continuous A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, and funnels to optimize campaign performance.- Collaborate effectively with product, content, and category teams to enhance conversion rates and scale the business.Requirements:- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing/growth in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) environments.- Proficiency in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with a proven track record of scaling campaigns with a minimum monthly budget of 2 crore.- Strong grasp of performance metrics, attribution models, and funnel analysis with the ability to interpret dashboards effectively.Good To Have:- Experience in high-growth D2C/B2C startups.- Exposure to managing large-scale budgets or high-traffic events.- Understanding of attribution models and user lifecycle metrics.- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.This job opportunity is presented by Divyanshi Manral from Organo Mart.
