Job Description

    As a Salesforce Technical Lead at Cognizant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer service capabilities and driving impactful solutions on the Salesforce platform. With 9 to 11 years of experience, your expertise in SFDC Service Cloud, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Development & Customization will be vital to the teams success. You will work in a hybrid model with a focus on account management in the acquirer domain.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service capabilities.- Oversee SFDC Lightning projects to ensure efficient and effective user experiences.- Provide expert guidance on SFDC Development & Customization to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SFDC Customization aligns with organizational goals.- Manage SFDC Configuration to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.- Drive initiatives in Account Management-Acquirer to improve client relationships and business outcomes.- Develop strategies to integrate Billing & Settlements processes when applicable.- Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards.- Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and security.- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.- Analyze business needs to propose innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives.**Qualifications:**- Possess in-depth knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud and SFDC Lightning.- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Development & Customization techniques.- Exhibit a strong understanding of SFDC Configuration and its impact on system performance.- Have experience in Account Management-Acquirer domain.- Familiarity with Billing & Settlements processes is advantageous.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work model.- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Please note that certifications required for this role include:- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I As a Salesforce Technical Lead at Cognizant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer service capabilities and driving impactful solutions on the Salesforce platform.
