Job Description

    As a candidate for the role at FIS, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit. This includes assisting with the design, implementation, and administration of employee engagement processes and programs. You will conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure that all required documentation is processed correctly. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders such as Regional Business Leaders and Global TPO Business Partners.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit- Assist with the design, implementation, and administration of employee engagement processes and programs- Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure correct processing of documentation- Manage annual appraisal cycle, performance improvement plans, retention initiatives, and promotions/transfers- Investigate employee issues, listen to complaints/concerns, and take appropriate action- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies and procedures- Coach managers on HR guidance and support for better span management- Manage rewards & recognition programs- Lead special initiatives in projects for the improvement of ongoing projects or new projectsQualifications Required:- 8 to 12 years of experience in HR- Analytical thinking ability with a curious and questioning mindset- Experience in leading HR projects and transformation projects- Knowledge of labor laws and employment laws- Strong business communication skills and solutions-oriented mindset- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and objectively evaluate information- Proficiency in MS Office, creating HR-related dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations- MBA in HR from a Premier B SchoolJoining FIS offers you a multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.
