Job Description

    As a Tele Sales Officer at the company in the Banking / Financial Services / Stock Broking industry, your role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, as well as handling inbound calls from interested customers. Your key responsibilities will include:- Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.- Answering calls from customers interested in products or services, addressing their questions, and guiding them through the sales process.- Developing a strong understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.- Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.- Persuading customers to purchase products or services, handling objections, and closing sales deals.- Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the sales team.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and other relevant information.- Achieving individual and team sales goals and contributing to the overall sales revenue.- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.- Adhering to established sales scripts and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Keeping abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends.- Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels.Qualifications required for this role:- Experience: 0 - 3 Years- Education: 10th PassThis is a Full-Time position with 5 openings available. The job location is in India, and the work is to be done from the office.
