You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview.About the Role:This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on-the-job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The role will include activities provide Under supervisory direction, assist in the identification and pursuit of value improvement and waste elimination projects to support manufacturing and overhead areas in line with business goals and objectives. Support manufacturing and other areas of the plant in the deployment and continuous application of lean principles and practices.The internship period will be for a period of up to 6 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.Your Responsibilities Include:

Receipt/submission of expedients
Update Scrum of hiring DLs
Support internship program
Follow-up of interns
Support for the hiring of operational personnel in Cartago
In charge of requisition Category Changes (DLs)
New Hires induction coordination
Responsible for contacting and sending invitations to induction facilitators.
Responsible for requesting induction ppt from different areas and keeping them up to date in Teams Inductions Cartago
Actively participate in team meetings such as TA Weekly, Inductions Cartago, and Weekly Stand-Up Meeting- All LATAM COEs.
Access to CIBERISK to facilitate work for Recruiters and support in recruiting and hiring
Complete and update tracking and hiring metrics for SCRUM Meeting of Hiring Mgrs.
Update HC report Opens
Accompany Onboarding effectiveness measurement to adopt system in roles by 2025
Support HR Assistant in NH related tasks - Breakfasts with SLT, One Cartago Huddle and Town hall NH info
OneConnect Adoption Support with New Hires
Provide support to DLs in Onboarding process *first days logistics

What Were Looking For:

Barchelors degree in Administration, Administration with emphasis on Human Resources or Psicology.
English Level required: B2 : (70 PERCENT - 80 PERCENT ).
Availability to perform the internship at the Cartago site.
Availability to perform 38 to 40 hours of internship per week.
