Job Title:Technical Support 2025The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the clients technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.Tech Support, HerediaSupport Channel: Email and ChatCustomer Support Specialist, our mission is to deliver exceptional assistance to our customers with the highest level of quality in both product knowledge and communication skills, and in the process, consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.   • Advance English level
  • Work on site: Ultra Park I, Heredia
  • Saturday and Sunday off
  • Morning shift
