  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely and high quality service to all levels of internal and external clients, including respecting the need for confidentiality at all times.
  • Strong analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and the ability to work collaboratively across the People Team, Moodys functions and geographies.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data organization, analysis and reporting; Ability to use Microsoft CoPilot, and GenAI to produce work effectively and efficiently.
  • Manages multiple assignments simultaneously, breaking assignments into component tasks and executing on time and to a high level of quality.
Education
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (or in process) of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Ideally one year ahead of graduation.
  • Internship Start Date: March 2025
