Job Description

As an Associate/Senior Associate in the Finance and Accounts department at Avega Business Solutions Pvt Ltd in Erode, you will play a crucial role in the following areas:You will be responsible for preparing MIS reports and financial statements, reviewing and filing statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and Income tax. Additionally, you will perform Intercompany reconciliation, handle Audit and finalization processes, and address queries from various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.- Review and file statutory compliances like GST, TDS, and Income tax.- Perform Intercompany reconciliation.- Handle Audit and finalization processes.- Address queries from various stakeholders.- Ensure adherence to agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Qualifications Required:- Education: - B Com/M Com with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience or - CMA Inter with 1-2 years of relevant experience or - CA Article ship completed- Skill Sets: - Advanced knowledge from accounting to Finalization of Accounts. - Basic working knowledge in reporting and statutory compliances like direct & indirect taxes. - Ability to read and understand various documents including financials. - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. - Good communication skills. - Team Management Skills and willingness to monitor and mentor other staff. - Hands-on experience with TALLY and MS office.
