Job Description

Role Overview:You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Consultants and Client personnel, guiding them through all phases of Oracle Fusion implementation projects. Your role will involve project planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking. As an Oracle Project Manager at Convelox, you will serve as a liaison between technical, functional, and client-side resources during implementation and post-implementation support. Your expertise in project management within a Consulting firm and comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications will be crucial for facilitating successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the preparation of proposals and statements of work, develop project estimates, work plans, staffing plans, and advise on implementation strategy.- Manage information technology ERP projects/programs for client organizations, ensuring project requirements are appropriately specified for timely, high-quality delivery.- Develop detailed project plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, major milestones, and manage the agreed project plans and schedules.- Estimate and qualify the resources needed for ERP implementation success and ongoing support goals.- Identify and escalate critical implementation issues where Convelox expertise and partner influence may be required.- Provide performance feedback to project team members, coach, mentor, and lead them to achieve project success.- Stay updated on changes and improvements in Project Management, offering innovative ideas for enhancing ERP project management processes and methodologies.Qualification Required:- 8 years of experience in Oracle Project Management.- Managed 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion cloud implementations.- PMP Certification preferred.- Experience in managing a consulting team of 10 resources.- Overall strong Project Management capabilities with proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Fusion Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.- High-level functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications.- Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects end to end.- Experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy/systems integrator.- Experience in managing budgets, commercials, and Customer experience.- Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management.- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.Additional Company Details:Convelox, an Oracle Platinum partner, was founded by a group of IT Professionals with decades of experience across the globe.
