Job Description

    As a Sales - Business Development and Training Operations Executive at Veranda Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring seamless execution of training programs. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications:**Role Overview:**- You will be responsible for both office-based Training Operations and on-field Business Development activities. This dynamic role offers a mix of challenging tasks to enhance your skills.**Key Responsibilities - Business Development:**- Passion drives business and if you have it you would be our right candidate- Solicit tie-ups with Educational Institutions for meeting their requirements- Fluent in English Communication with a flair for marketing and travelling- Excellent leadership and communications skills- Strong networking and interpersonal skills- New client acquisition- Understanding clients training requirements & suggesting appropriate training solutions- Client Servicing- Coordinate with Ops teams & clients regularly for smooth training execution- Feedback management- Revenue generation- Consistently meeting quarterly and half-yearly targets- New business development- Strong understanding of products & services, competition in the industry, and positioning- Note: Candidate must own a personal laptop and Two/Four Wheeler.**Key Responsibilities - Operations:**- Work with Educational Institutions and execute Training Programs- Manage workload of trainers and streamline training operations- Communicate effectively with colleges, trainers, and management- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Coordinate internal and freelance trainers for flawless training program execution- Ensure all training programs are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget- Report and escalate to management as needed- Create and maintain comprehensive training program documentations- Hiring Full-Time and Freelance Trainers for seamless execution of training programs**Qualifications Required:**- For Business Development: - Passionate about driving business growth - Excellent communication skills in English - Strong marketing and networking abilities - Leadership skills - Ability to meet targets consistently - Understanding of training requirements and solutions - For Operations: - Effective communication and organizational skills - Resource allocation and management abilities - Timely and budget-focused execution of training programs - Documentation and reporting skills - Experience in hiring trainers **About Veranda Enterprise:**Veranda Enterprise, a leading EdTech company in India, is dedicated to providing cutting-edge learning experiences to students and professionals.
