Job Description

Role Overview:You are required to support global delivery initiatives within the LIMS platform and data ecosystem as a Project Manager - Imaging on an offshore remote contract for 6 months. Your primary responsibility will involve managing concurrent sprint cycles, coordinating releases, and ensuring seamless collaboration across geographically distributed teams.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Agile delivery across multiple concurrent sprints (approximately 34 in-flight simultaneously)- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, and Sprint reviews & retrospectives- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery- Own and coordinate the end-to-end release lifecycle including managing Release calendars, Dependencies, Risk identification and mitigation, Testing coordination, Stakeholder approvals, Documentation, and validation- Serve as the central point of coordination across Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Product stakeholders (e.g., Kasha, Paul Nolan) aligning delivery across India, EU, and U.S. teams- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate complex delivery updates into concise, actionable insights, manage expectations, and escalate risks/issues appropriately- Identify opportunities to improve Agile workflows, Release processes, Team efficiency and coordination, and drive best practices in Agile delivery and program executionQualifications Required:- 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management and/or Release Management- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent Agile sprints, global cross-functional teams- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (required)- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate updates, risks, and priorities- Experience working in Pharma, biotech, or CRO environmentsAdditional Details:The client is specifically looking for candidates who have worked directly with imaging technologies and workflows such as Radiology, PACS, RIS, DICOM, Enterprise Imaging, Imaging Informatics, Visage, Sectra, Fuji, Philips Imaging, Agfa, or similar platforms. Experience supporting imaging modernization projects, imaging operations teams, radiology departments, or clinical imaging systems is significantly more important than general healthcare or pharmaceutical project management experience. The ideal candidate should bring strong Agile delivery expertise, a structured release management approach, and the ability to operate effectively across India, Europe, and U.S. teams.
