Job Description

You will be responsible for selecting, hiring, and supervising staff in all areas of the business. Additionally, you will coordinate the orientation of new staff and provide on-going training and education to our current employees. Your role will involve implementing pricing strategies and managing the business to meet aggressive growth goals.
