Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a Garment Factory with a focus on Woven Garment Manufacturing. Your key responsibilities will include:- Managing the operations of the factory to ensure efficient production processes- Supervising and coordinating the work of production staff to meet quality and productivity targets- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure the garments meet the required standards- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering materials as needed- Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demandsTo qualify for this role, you must have:- A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing a woven garments unit- In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control procedures- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of production staff- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPlease note that food and accommodation will not be provided as part of this position. This is a full-time role with day shift hours and the opportunity for a performance bonus based on your achievements.
