Job Description

    As a member of the Business Management team within the Equity Derivatives and Trading (EDT) Division supporting Commodities and Global Markets at Macquarie, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and collaborative environment. Your role will involve supporting various business management activities, including coordination and tracking of engagements, agreements, and delivery of artefacts across stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing deal lifecycle events across different products and markets, such as front-to-back counterparty setups, deal participation, and booking support. Additionally, you will have the chance to learn and understand the workflow of internal processes and participate in CGM Central related projects to assist EDT in meeting requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track engagements, agreements, and delivery of artefacts- Manage deal lifecycle events across various products and markets- Learn and understand internal processes workflow- Participate in CGM Central related projectsQualifications Required:- Masters or Bachelors degree from a reputable institution- 2 to 4 years of work experience in finance, business management, or risk management roles within the financial services industry- Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and FX products- Stakeholder management skills with experience working across different functions- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Organised, analytical, and proactiveMacquarie offers a supportive and friendly team environment where everyones contributions are valued.
