Job Description

Role Overview: As a Center Manager - RCU at our Mumbai location in the Retail Banking Risk function, you will be responsible for managing the Risk Control activities for all products across the Retail platform within the center. Your role involves evaluating business processes based on random sampling of loan proposals, documenting and reporting findings, and suggesting process enhancements to the management.Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with legal/law enforcement processes at the center for effective closures- Ensure RCU expenses are within budget- Regularly monitor RCU agencies- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to prevent losses before onboarding customers/affiliates, ensuring timely remedial actions and escalation of risky situations- Mitigate risks associated with processes outsourced to DSAs & CPAs- Maintain and share MIS at approved intervals- Ensure data integrity in reporting- Stay updated on the latest fraud trends, provide updates to various bank departments- Manage fraud surveillance mechanism on banking transactionsQualification Required:- Graduate in any discipline- Post Graduate with an MBA in FinanceAdditional Details:The role requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in RCU.
