Job Description

As a customer service representative at this company, your main role will be to greet customers and other affluent individuals with the correct salutation at each touch point. You will be responsible for providing service on seat, suggestive and up selling, efficient cash handling, and inventory management at the point of sale. Additionally, you will handle customer queries, be well-versed in movie synopsis and genre, maintain all required registers for PVR classic, take effective orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be involved in box office handling, ticketing, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Personally greet customers and affluent individuals with correct salutation- Provide service on seat, suggestive and up selling- Handle cash efficiently and manage inventory at the point of sale- Address customer queries- Be knowledgeable about movie synopsis and genre- Maintain all required registers for PVR classic- Take effective orders and ensure customer satisfaction- Handle box office tasks, ticketing, and reportingQualifications Required:- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferredYou will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
