Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for deriving Insurance Business from assigned Relationship/Channel partners in an area or zone. Your main task will be to convince the relationships so they can, in turn, convince their customers to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance. It is crucial to provide pre and post-sales support and services to both the relationship and the clients, along with the dedicated team. Your goal is not only to achieve targets but also to ensure consistent growth in the business every quarter.Key Responsibilities:- Generate insurance business through Bank Branch, walk-in customers, and leads provided by the Branch staff.- Focus on generating business for the assigned branch in the designated geography, catering to both new and existing customers.- Support branch profitability by selling ABSLI Insurance products through various acquisition channels in the catchment area.- Achieve monthly sales targets including NOP, FYP, persistency, and addressing customer complaints within specified TAT.- Increase the penetration of Life Insurance to both existing and new customers.- Build a professional relationship with the respective Branch Manager and Branch employees.- Strengthen relationships with Banca partners in an open Architecture Scenario.- Handle Bank customers requirements with the best services and product ranges.- Stay updated with insurance and Bank Products knowledge.- Manage relationships at all levels to achieve desired outputs.- Communicate any product changes, process change, or changes in rules and regulations with the help of different training modules to Banca Partners.- Provide support in actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance, and complaint handling.Qualification Required:- Minimum Experience Level: 4 - 8 years- Graduation degree(Note: Any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
