Job Description

    As a Senior Designer for Wovens based in Ludhiana, you will play a crucial role in leading monthly fashion capsules and stories with a fast fashion mindset. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and executing story-based capsule collections aligned with seasonal trend forecasts and business plans- Analyzing market, runway, street style, and competitor trends to develop a unique fashion narrative- Creating detailed mood boards, color palettes, print directions, silhouettes, and fabric recommendations for each story- Collaborating with CAD, graphic, and print teams to create exclusive artworks- Guiding prototype development to ensure accurate design detailing, trims, and finishes- Ensuring fast design-to-sample execution and proactively resolving production constraints- Collaborating with product development, merchandising, and buying teams to align on pricing and sourcing- Monitoring and refining design iterations based on feedback from buying roadshows and sales teamsQualifications required for this role include:- A degree in Fashion Design from NIFT, Pearl, or an equivalent institution- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in designing womens western wear, specifically in the woven category- Proven experience in designing capsule collections with short lead times- Excellent command over fashion forecasting, silhouettes, fabrication, trims, and detailing- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDraw, and MS Office- Strong communication, team leadership, and time management skillsIf you possess the required qualifications and experience, feel free to share your resume at hidden_email a Senior Designer for Wovens based in Ludhiana, you will play a crucial role in leading monthly fashion capsules and stories with a fast fashion mindset.
