Role Overview:You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and actively participating in project discussions for design, estimation, and delivery of secure and highly performing code. Your role will involve designing and developing high-volume, consumer-facing applications that ensure high-availability and performance. Additionally, you will be developing systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and operational costs. Your contribution will be crucial in maximizing the productivity of the project team by selecting an effective development environment, establishing technical standards, training team members, and offering advisory and troubleshooting support. You will also play a key role in designing and participating in organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational competence and memory. Moreover, you will actively participate in pre-sales activities to showcase the technical capabilities of the organization, which may include addressing technical queries and creating proof-of-concept products.
