As a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, your role will involve leading and overseeing a team of mechanical engineers and technicians. You will be responsible for supervising the design, development, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical engineering team.- Plan and oversee mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.- Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and technical documentation.- Ensure that engineering solutions meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements.- Monitor the progress and performance of engineering tasks and provide technical guidance when needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, production, quality, etc.) to achieve project goals.- Conduct performance reviews, training, and mentoring of team members.- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Required:- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and simulation tools.- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.The company also offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
