Project Manager - Real Estate Development

As a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a real estate development project. You must have a minimum of 15 years of experience with a focus on Group Housing projects. Your educational background should include a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, and the job location for this position is Ludhiana.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project management for real estate developments, covering activities from pre-construction to handover.- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of the project.- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resource planning.- Monitor construction progress, quality, costs, safety compliance, and project risks effectively.- Manage contracts, approvals, legal, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.- Develop and maintain project reports, schedules, and communication plans to ensure smooth operations.- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members to enhance overall project delivery.- Lead stakeholder meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior management.- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions to optimize project outcomes.In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be working full-time in a day shift setup. The preferred education qualification for this role is a Diploma, and having at least 2 years of experience in ISO 9001 is required. The work location for this position is in person.Please note that the salary for this position will be as per company standards.
