Job Description

    As a Regional Sales Manager (North Region) at Duke Fashions India Ltd., your role will involve developing and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve business targets. You will be responsible for managing and driving sales through distributors, franchisees, and key retail partners. Leading a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to deliver consistent results will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will also need to identify and develop new markets and business opportunities within the region. Monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and competitor activities to ensure growth will be crucial. Collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams for smooth operations is another key aspect. Ensuring strong brand visibility, retail presence, and channel profitability will be part of your duties, along with maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Business, or Retail with 8-12 years of experience in apparel/fashion/retail/FMCG sales. You should have proven experience in regional team leadership & distribution management, a strong understanding of market expansion, franchise development, and retail operations, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and willingness to travel extensively across the North region.This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Bachelors degree as preferred education qualification and at least 5 years of total work experience. The work location will be in person.
