Job Description

Role Overview:As a Senior Garment Merchandiser at Lakra Apparels Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the merchandising operations of circular knit apparels. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end merchandising process, coordinating with various teams, liaising with clients, monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance, and analyzing sales data.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for knitted garments, from product development to final delivery.- Coordinate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and efficient production.- Liaise with domestic and international clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for both domestic and export markets.- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records.- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and improve overall efficiency.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, Business, or a related field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in garment merchandising, with a focus on circular knit apparels.- Strong understanding of both domestic and export business operations.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant merchandising software.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
