Job Description

    Position: Personal Assistant to OperationsLocation: Bhayandar, West Mumbai## Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Operations Department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative and operational activities, coordinate with banks and vendors, handle documentation, monitor payments, and ensure the smooth execution of business operations.## Key Responsibilities* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Head.* Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.* Handle all operational paperwork and maintain confidential files and records.* Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.* Process and monitor company credit card payments and maintain payment records.* Coordinate with banks regarding account-related queries, documentation, and other banking activities.* Handle customer and vendor complaints and ensure timely resolution.* Manage vendor relationships, coordinate procurement activities, and maintain vendor records.* Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and documentation.* Draft official emails, letters, and correspondence.* Maintain operational databases and ensure proper documentation.* Organize meetings, conferences, and other official events.* Assist management in day-to-day operational planning and execution.* Perform any other duties assigned by the management.## Required Skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).* Ability to coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.* Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.* High level of confidentiality and professionalism.* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Contact Us : hidden_mobileEmail : hidden_email
