Job Description

    We are hiring: Collections Executive (US Collections)
    • Location: Bhayandar, Mumbai (WFO)
    • Experience: 1 yr in 1st / 3rd Party US Collections
    • Shift: Night Shift (Any 9 hrs)
    • Salary: Up to 38,000 In-hand Incentives
    • Immediate Joiners Preferred
    Role:
    • Handle US debt collection calls
    • Negotiate payments & follow up on commitments
    • Maintain records and achieve monthly targets
    • Ensure compliance with collection guidelines
