Resident Construction Manager/Resident Engineer/Site In-charge: Educational Qualifications: Graduate Engineer with Minimum 15 years experience, Diploma holders with 20 years, preferably Mechanical Construction for project . Work Experience: Minimum 5 years as RCM of project worth @ 30 crores. Must have mobilized and completed at least 3-4 sites in O&G, refinery, chemicals and petrochemicals plant till mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and water trials runs; Well versed with IBR & Non IBR piping in CS, SS, Structural fabrication and erection, Equipment unloading and erection, blasting and painting, insulation, Construction of API 650 above ground Tanks etc. and correlating ASME, API, ASTM specifications. Proven track record of being able to complete Free Issue Material reconciliation on monthly basis. Demonstrated ability to complete all punch list points and getting MC certificate. Liaison with client/consultant for timely payment of monthly RA bills. Leadership qualities with conflict resolution and counseling abilities. Shall be able to bill as per plan and budget and strive to generate more income by extra claims, change/variation orders, and more scope of work. Affluent in dealing with Client, Consultant, other government agencies etc. for successful project completion. Job Description: 1. Shall regularly conduct field visits to get awareness of project progress, healthy resource utilization like manpower, equipment, consumables and restrict wastages, 2. Better planning to enhance and streamline accurate usage of resources and streamlining project progress in line with schedule, 3. Be able to prepare/guide all Method statements and documents required for Safety, Quality, ITP, Equipment and structure erection, static and rotary equipment erection, commissioning etc. 4. Shall be able to review and guide planning team to prepare level 3 schedule, billing, recovery plans etc. 5. Shall prepare budget for the project and cash flow. 6. Shall be adept in preparing Equipment & manpower deployment chart required for project completion. 7. Deploy correct resources as per budget and control over spending, delays, reworks. 8. Meticulously certifying sub-contractors bills. 9. Attending daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly progress review meetings and represent companys interest and ensure they are included in MOM, specially delays in materials, drawings, payments, any concerns etc. 10. Ensure that no work is carried out by company sub-contractors without negotiation and issuance of order from Purchase/Projects department.
