Job Description given below : Job Experience - 2- 5 years of experience. Job Location: Thane Job Description- Good interpersonal communication and telephone skills. Ability to relate purposefully and communicate effectively with service users and carers. Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. Candidates from Data Centre Monitoring background will be preferred Basic understanding of asset checklist, event monitoring and co-relation skills. Should have knowledge on asset inventory part. Should have L1 knowledge on Network devices like switches/routers. Should extend help in hands and leg support for network/router/server replacement in Data centre. Quickly address the critical alerts and follow up with respective teams till the resolution. Basic Knowledge of Backup technologies such as Commvault/Net backup tool. Ensure all schedule backups are successful. Should be ready to work in 24X7 environments. Rotating shifts & rotating weekly Offs. Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support track. Responsible for manage daily/weekly/monthly performance report. Media Check in/Check out in Library. Media Movement to offsite and courier coordination and safe keep. Maintain DC Access register & take physical approval for access in data centre Knowledge of IP Management, various hardwares /devices, OS. Knowledge on Quality standards such as ITIL framework and front ended various audits for data centres.
