Your primary responsibilities will include leading high-performing teams, driving operational improvements, and ensuring accurate and timely administration of insurance policies.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals by assigning tasks, tracking progress, providing real-time coaching and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations- Assess team output, support process calibrations, and ensure consistent application of best practices across operations- Supervise and train team members to ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards- Act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and resolve complex queries efficiently- Ensure all operational activities comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements- Prepare and deliver reports on key performance metrics, operational trends, and improvement opportunities- Collaborate with Quality, Training, HR, IT, and Compliance departments to integrate operations with broader business objectives**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in any discipline- 7 to 11 years of experience in Life and Pensions Services, specializing in Policy Administration- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyThis role at Accenture offers you the opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing complex processes within the UK Life and Pensions sector, while leading teams to deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement.
