Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for managing all aspects of planning, scheduling, and programming of work for assigned projects. Your key duties will include establishing baseline schedules, monitoring progress, providing progress reports, and supporting project planning and control activities. You will also contribute to the professional growth of team members and actively participate in performance management to promote a high-performance culture aligned with WSP values.Key Responsibilities:- Manage planning, scheduling, and programming of work for assigned projects.- Lead planning input and manage contributions from other planners to ensure effective delivery aligned with scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.- Establish baseline schedules, control procedures, and monitor progress to identify issues early.- Provide progress and earned value reports for financial forecasting and corrective actions.- Assist in monitoring project risks, resource allocation, and CPM analysis.- Support project planning, scheduling, and control inputs for estimating and tendering activities.- Contribute to planning and control strategies, including developing standards, procedures, and progress reporting.- Mentor and guide junior planners to deliver planning outputs within budget and quality standards.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project scheduling.- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2).- Additional qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management preferred.About the Company:WSP is a leading professional services consulting firm dedicated to local communities and international projects.
