Job Description

    Location: Kharadi, PuneJob Type: Full-timeDepartment: Customer SuccessPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our Inbound Voice Process team within the insurance sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries related to insurance products and services are addressed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Inbound Call Handling: Respond to inbound calls from customers inquiring about various insurance products, claims, policies, and services.
    • Customer Inquiry Management: Provide accurate information about insurance plans, terms, premiums, coverage, and assist with policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations.
    • Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and issues related to claims, billing, policy updates, and other insurance-related concerns, ensuring that they are resolved promptly andsatisfactorily.
    • Customer Retention: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is logged appropriately in the system.
    • Feedback Collection: Actively listen to customer feedback and escalate issues that require further attention or support from higher management.
    • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while handling customer interactions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as claimsand underwriting, to address customer needs and provide a seamless experience.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
