Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the customer service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to create reports and dashboards that drive decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
    • Train and mentor customer service staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with demonstrated expertise in pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Knowledge of customer service best practices and methodologies.
    • Previous experience in a data-driven role.
