Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring resolution in a courteous and efficient way.
    • Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
    • Collaborate with other teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and satisfaction has been met.
    • Stay informed about product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends.
    • Participate in training programs to improve customer service skills.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
    • Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    Work Environment:
    • Full-time position with flexible hours (e.g., evening or weekend shifts may be required).
