The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with tenants, understanding their needs and addressing issues to ensure tenant satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the propertys financial performance.Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong. interpersonal and relationship management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in customer service or property management Knowledge of real estate or property management industry Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or related fieldRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in leasing, sales, or marketing, a background in accounting or finance, and familiarity with property management software,
