As a Solution Lead (SL) in the People & Culture (P&C) Workday solution at bp, your role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of a great and efficient service for the companys people. You will be responsible for maintaining the health and operational integrity of your solutions/products, working with others to deliver stable operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs, such as data privacy and digital security requirements.Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Managing a part of the P&C solution, ensuring the smooth functioning of your solutions/products- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless co-existence of solutions/products across P&C- Managing a prioritized backlog of changes, covering maintenance, fixes, and improvements- Developing and implementing plans for design, configuration, testing, and deployment of changes for your part of the P&C solution- Building positive working relationships with various stakeholders within and outside P&C- Participating in vendor management and external relations- Understanding business requirements and resolving problems within your area- Researching and resolving process and technical problems to meet requirements- Supporting BP to be a thought-leader in the relevant technology spaceTo excel in this role, you will need:- A graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science, or related subject area- 5 years of work experience in Workday Security certification- Experience in building digital strategies and roadmaps- Experience in systems development and implementation- Knowledge of P&C systems and HR certifications like GPHR, SPHR, CIPD level 7 are advantageous- Leadership qualities and experience working in consulting/corporate environmentsIn terms of technical and behavioral skills, you should possess:- Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making- Expertise in organizational change management- Experience in development/delivery of SAAS/Cloud-based products- Strong project/program management skills and stakeholder management expertise- Ability to structure and convey complex messages and insights- Leadership with vision, collaborative working style, and customer-centric approachYou will be part of a dynamic team at bp that values diversity and provides an excellent working environment and employee benefits.
