Job Description

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, with the ability to achieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products.
  • Ability to assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged promotions.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish a partnership with executives and serve as a trusted consultant with an understanding of industry insights and solutions, optimizing and expanding their advertising investment.
  • Manage a group of businesses by understanding what promotes growth, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for growth.
  • Prioritize and deliver a positive customer experience to Googles advertisers.
  • Generate plans by collaborating with specialists, engineers and product teams, and define business goals, key strategies, and metrics for success.
