Job Description

    As a Quality Analyst Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of at least 10 Quality Analysts. Your main objective will be to ensure that the business achieves high-quality and fast outcomes while meeting quality SLAs. You will need to strictly follow the quality framework and guarantee the timely completion of audits, reports, and analysis. Your role will also involve identifying Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects and encouraging the generation of improvement ideas. Additionally, you will support the team in meeting core deliverables such as PKTs, Audits, Team Meetings, RCA, POA, and more. It will be your duty to organize internal and client calibrations and present process and business performance dashboards to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management. Moreover, you will conduct end-to-end business diagnostic analysis to pinpoint risks, gaps, and areas for improvement, collaborate with various teams to create action plans, and oversee resource planning and QA framework execution. Lastly, you will be responsible for initiating and implementing remediation plans to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of at least 10 Quality Analysts- Ensure high-quality and fast outcomes while maintaining quality SLAs- Adhere to the quality framework and complete audits, reports, and analysis on time- Identify Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects and Problem Solving Projects- Drive Ideation for improvement ideas- Assist the team in achieving core deliverables (PKTs, Audits, Team Meetings, RCA, POA, etc.)- Conduct internal and client calibrations- Present process and business performance dashboards to stakeholders, including senior management- Conduct end-to-end business diagnostic analysis to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans- Coordinate resource planning and QA framework execution- Initiate and execute remediation plans for enhanced business performanceQualifications / Eligibility:- Graduate in any discipline- Proficient in Voice / CHAT product Support, including NPS, CSAT- Trained / Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team management role as Quality Team Leader / Asst Manager- Working knowledge of 7 QC tools and FMEA / Risk assessment As a Quality Analyst Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of at least 10 Quality Analysts.
