Job Description

As a skilled IT professional, your role will involve configuration and troubleshooting of different kinds of Access-lists, contacting clients to identify and resolve issues, and demonstrating proficiency in Linux, FreePBX, and VoIP technologies. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting hardware and software problems remotely, as well as installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals. Furthermore, you will provide comprehensive support for software, hardware, and network-related issues across desktops, laptops, and servers.
