    As a Remote IT Support Specialist (Tier 3) in our clients dedicated IT department, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues. Your role involves resolving escalated issues that Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams cannot handle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. You will diagnose system malfunctions, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions. Additionally, managing and maintaining IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices to ensure optimal performance and security will be a key part of your responsibilities. Developing and updating IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures will also contribute to the efficiency of the support team.
