Job Description

    As a Cluster Lead-First Wealth in the Private Banking department, your role involves overseeing Relationship Managers (RMs) in the branch. Your responsibilities include guiding and mentoring RMs to achieve set goals, maintaining team productivity, and meeting revenue targets. You will focus on enhancing customer engagement, especially with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, across various banking sectors. Additionally, you will drive cross-selling initiatives, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service while implementing data-driven sales strategies for portfolio improvement. Upholding efficient request handling, adherence to processes, fostering a customer-centric culture, attracting top talent, and monitoring employee productivity and attrition rates are integral aspects of this position.**Key Responsibilities:**- Responsible for quality recruitment, training, and development of RMs in the branch. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to enable individuals to achieve defined goals.- Ensure the RM Team maintains productivity, achieves goal sheet objectives, and revenue targets. Monitor the quality of engagement, sales, and processes for the RMs in the branch. Enhance engagement with HNI customers through joint calls with RMs.- Drive engagement across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, trade forex, wealth business, and credit cards business in the region. Initiate thrust on cross-sell and enhance product holding ratios in mapped clients for the branch.- Ensure relationship managers are earning incentives in the assigned branch.- Drive execution of triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by channel management & product teams.- Ensure RMs provide best customer service to their portfolio customers within the banks audit and compliance framework.- Envisage data-driven sales plans for existing liability product customers to improve portfolio quality and account usage. Conduct periodic reviews and trainings for the team.- Uphold the First Time Right (FTR) principle for all requests. Address client requests and complaints efficiently within stipulated timelines.- Record all sales activity as per organizational processes and ensure adherence to sales and service processes by self and branch team.- Lead IDFC Firsts customer-first culture by driving the team to uphold high-degree servicing norms for absolute customer delight.- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for RMs in the Branch.- Monitor key parameters on employee productivity and attrition rates, making necessary improvements.- Champion the use of data analytics to increase engagement and product holding for customers managed by the team.**Qualification Required:**- Graduation: Any Graduate- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience As a Cluster Lead-First Wealth in the Private Banking department, your role involves overseeing Relationship Managers (RMs) in the branch.
