    You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Creative Marketing department at Welspun World, a rapidly growing conglomerate with diverse business interests. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans to meet corporate objectives for products and services. You are expected to possess a deep understanding of the market and competition, utilizing this knowledge to engage with stakeholders effectively.- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for both new and existing products and services.- Conduct market research to identify current and future market requirements.- Analyze competitive products and consumer trends to stay ahead in the market.- Manage brand strategies to ensure alignment with the companys vision and mission.- Utilize SAP or similar tools for marketing data management and analysis.- Engage in negotiations with stakeholders and utilize influencing skills to achieve marketing goals.- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts for potential partnerships.- Employ design thinking to craft innovative marketing strategies.- Coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities effectively.- Communicate efficiently with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.- Utilize animations and graphical designing skills to create compelling marketing materials.- Apply critical thinking to address complex marketing challenges.- Promote a global mindset and entrepreneurship within the team.- Demonstrate business acumen in decision-making processes.- Focus on people excellence by leading, managing, and developing team members effectively.In terms of qualifications, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
