Job Description

As a Data Solutions Analyst in the Data & Analytics team, your role involves implementing cutting-edge data solutions to address business requirements both within and outside the Data & Analytics Office. You will be responsible for creating data marts and data solutions that align with business needs and operate within the Data Management practices. Your main focus will be on developing an understanding of source systems databases and constructing data pipelines for Data Lake and Cloud solutions.Your key responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating a strong understanding of data management practices, data quality, data development framework, and new generation tech stack- Participating in designing, optimizing, and improving data mart frameworks to enhance data practices, processes, standards, and rules- Designing and implementing ETL data pipelines, rules, and monitoring mechanisms- Collaborating with business stakeholders to address data concerns/issues and create effective resolutions- Building data mart solutions with the team and sharing data expertise within the Data & Analytics office- Utilizing knowledge of new generation tech stack technologies like B33- Having a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a Data Management office within the Banking domain is preferableKey Success Metrics for your role include:- Successfully implementing Data Solution and Management framework across business lines, especially in Retail Banking and Cards Domain- Efficiently building datamarts, managing change, and automating mart processesIf there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.
