Job Description

As an Elite Banker-NRI at the Retail Liabilities department, your role is crucial in acquiring new customers, ensuring seamless account opening, and driving mobile banking adoption. Your main responsibilities include sourcing new customers through digital leads, onboarding accounts effectively, cross-selling bank products, and building up CASA value in the initial 2 months. You will also focus on resolving customer queries promptly, adhering to bank policies, and promoting the Relationship Banking program.**Roles & Responsibilities:**- Source new bank customers through digital leads, propensity models, and customer references.- Ensure smooth onboarding of accounts opened and cross-sell bank products.- Build up CASA value in the initial 2 months of account opening.- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently to achieve NPS benchmarks.- Adhere strictly to bank policies and compliance standards.- Pitch Relationship Banking program benefits and eligibility criteria to customers and onboard them to the RB program.**Secondary Responsibilities:**- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.- Provide top-notch customer service to all clients to establish yourself as their primary banker.**Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:**- Lead the team to prioritize customer service for absolute customer delight.- Monitor and achieve key parameters in employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates.- Utilize data analytics for marketing propositions targeting liability customers.- Hire VRM zonal heads based on zonal requirements for customer catering.In terms of qualifications, you should hold:- Graduation in any field- Post-graduation in any discipline- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied BusinessYour experience and expertise in banking or related fields will be instrumental in excelling in this role.
