Job Description

    As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:- Working with the Corporate regional Finance team and collaborating with GBU functions across all LOBs and regions.- Supporting planning cycle activities such as 3-year planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc., for designated GBU areas.- Performing variance analysis on actual results to explain discrepancies and identifying improvement opportunities based on set financial metrics.- Conducting ad-hoc analysis as per specific requirements and enhancing productivity through automation and process improvement.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or MBA.- More than 2 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, financial planning, or relevant fields in a multinational company is preferred.- Good communication skills in both English and the native language.- Strong analytical skills, including consolidation, variance analysis, drill-down capability, and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated with a strong sense of service and cooperation.- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools.- Experience with Oracle or another ERP system is a plus.- Experience with Hyperion Essbase or Hyperion Financial Management is a plus.- Experience with BI tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Python, IBM-TM1, SQL, VBA is a plus.This role does not require any travel and is mainly office-based.
