Job Description

You will be joining Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL), a diversified agri-business company dedicated to enhancing the productivity of Indian farmers. GAVL is involved in various sectors such as Animal Feed, Crop Protection, Oil Palm, Dairy, Poultry, and Processed Foods. The company has a significant presence in the market and focuses on sustainable practices to increase crop and livestock yields.As a Manager - NPD, your key responsibilities will include:- Developing new products and enhancing existing ones- Re-engineering products for cost optimization- Conducting lab and online trials for new products- Coordinating with various departments for product launches- Drafting raw material and finished goods specifications- Conducting shelf life studies- Providing regulatory inputs for compliance- Staying updated on technical and regulatory standards- Reviewing formulations and providing inputs for innovations- Checking/approving artworks and labels- Data mining and preparing scientific notes- Reviewing claim support data- Working with non-veg productsQualifications and Experience required:- B Tech with 4 to 5 years of experience OR- MSc M Tech with 2 to 4 years of experience- Experience in NPD / R & D of Frozen Foods, QSR, seasonings, breadcrumb manufacturer, Culinary industryYour skills should include being a team player, customer-oriented, cost-conscious, and disciplined.Godrej is committed to diversity and inclusion, and we do not tolerate discrimination.
