Job Description

    Role Overview:You will partner with business operation leaders to manage and drive Programs within the business across multiple geographies. You will work in a cross-functional environment to deliver projects effectively and meet stringent timelines.Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope goals and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.- Allocate resources and manage project budgets.- Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment with business objectives.- Identify and manage project risks and issues.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.- Set up strong project governance aligning to overall program requirements.- Set up reporting cadence and communication mechanism.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. Accounting background will be beneficial.- Skills: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders, experience in opportunity identification and business case creation. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity to reach the best possible result. Ability to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
